BA (Hons) Game Art

Typical entry requirements:
- DMU accept applicants from different backgrounds.
- 112 UCAS points from at least 2 A levels or similar qualifications, with Art and Design at grade B or above.
- Art and Design BTEC National Diploma/Extended Diploma with a grade of DMM.
- Plus, five GCSEs at grade 4 or higher, including English or equivalent.

Other qualifications accepted:
- Pass in a QAA accredited Access to HE Art and Design course with at least 15 level 3 credits in Art and Design at Distinction. English GCSE must be taken separately, as it cannot be counted within the Access course. We usually expect students to have taken a break from full-time education before doing the Access course.
- International Baccalaureate: 26+ points, including Art and Design at higher level grade 6.
- T Levels Merit.
- Art and Design Foundation Diploma: Pass.

English Language Requirements

If English is not your first language, you need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in each part (or equivalent) when you start the course.

Students admitted to undergraduate study at DMU are automatically awarded an international scholarship of £1,500 for their first year of study. Students commencing Postgraduate Taught study (but not the Global MBA) at DMU are automatically awarded an international scholarship for their first year of study up to £2,000. Students admitted into the Global MBA at DMU are automatically awarded an international scholarship of £2,500.
