This program focuses on making detailed decisions about the design and construction of both new and existing buildings and their surroundings. You'll study the technology and engineering behind buildings, examining their structure, materials, and environment. This field is key to turning an architect’s ideas into a buildable reality by effectively communicating design decisions to the construction team.
Our course will help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to understand, apply, analyze, and evaluate design, technology, management, and practice. You'll also improve your architectural management abilities by covering all aspects of the design process, from the initial concept to the final construction.
Key Features:
- The Leicester School of Architecture (LSA) has a 125-year tradition of training future architects with a curriculum focused on the "craft of making."
