Employment law is a fascinating and quickly changing area of law that deals with important questions about work and everyday life, touching on social, political, economic, and philosophical issues. These questions often shape how employment law has developed over time.

In this course, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the laws that affect HR policies and practices within a business. You’ll also learn about the context in which your advice is needed, the potential impact your advice could have on a business, and how business decisions might be influenced by these laws.

Key Features

- You will learn from experienced legal professionals, including barristers, solicitors, professors, and international legal experts. The course uses a block teaching method, which allows you to focus on one subject at a time with a more concentrated weekly schedule.
