The Aesthetics BA (Hons) / FdA degree at UCB is an exciting program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the rapidly growing non-surgical aesthetic industry. The course provides a strong foundation in aesthetics, offering a choice between two pathways: business or training, allowing students to tailor their learning according to their career goals.
Students will explore key areas of aesthetics, including non-medical cosmetic procedures, laser technologies, chemical peels, skin health, and anti-ageing theories. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, providing students with a deep understanding of skincare, physiology, and the science behind various aesthetic treatments.

For the BA program, students have the option of undertaking a 48-week work placement. This invaluable experience allows students to put their training into practice, gaining hands-on experience in professional environments while honing their skills.
