Term 1:

Managing Digital Transformation
This module looks at how the digital economy has created new opportunities for businesses around the world.

Strategic Operations Management
This module gives you the chance to build your skills and knowledge in the tools and techniques of strategic operations management.

Research Methods
This module helps you learn how to collect and analyze data, organize and present ideas, and assess the quality and accuracy of business and management research.


Term 2:

International Management – Strategies and Solutions
This module focuses on the real-world challenges that multinational companies face in the global market, including international relationships, global issues, and negotiation strategies.

Emerging Trends in Leadership and Management
As a future leader or manager, this module will help you understand the importance of leadership and management, and how to apply these skills in a fast-changing business world.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management
This module explores today's complex global environment, how it connects to entrepreneurship, and how generating ideas can create value, drive innovation, support businesses, and increase profits.

 

Term 3:

Applied Management Project
This is an exciting chance for you to work on a real business problem and apply all the knowledge and skills you've learned during the course.

 

Dissertation
You will carry out a detailed academic study, where you will critically review existing research and use it to support your original research, usually related to your workplace.
